The aim of this training course is to positively change the attitudes of young people towards each of the basic principals of entrepreneurship. To provide them with knowledge and competence which would help them to decide whether they are the right ones for opening their own business. To eventually help them with their first entrepreneurial steps.
The training course will develop the following skills and attitudes:
– Hard skills. Project management, Marketing strategy Business modeling, Finance
– Soft skills. Presentation skills, Communication, Teamwork and Creativity
– Attitudes. Business mindset, Social responsibility and ProactivityThe training course targets young entrepreneurs (19-26 years old) who are eager to improve their entrepreneurial skills to develop successful initiatives. It will gather 31 participants from Armenia, Georgia, Italy, Germany, Spain, Belarus, Lithuania and Croatia. The event will take place in three different places: Blansko, Brno and Prague.
