Final Meeting and Conference of the EU-NET Project in Alzira, Valencia (Spain) 27th & 28th of June 2018

As the Erasmus+ EU-NET project is approaching an end, during the past 27th and 28th of June 2018 Partners held their final meeting in Alzira (Comunidad Valencia, Spain) followed by a Conference to share the results of the project to a wider audience.

This final event took place in the Municipal Museum of the City of Alzira (Muma) on Thursday the 28th of June and it was a great success as it counted with over 70 attendees, among which local youth, local and foreign volunteers, trainers and youth workers from Spain, Italy, Greece and Germany, representatives of the City All of Alzira and also 2 representatives from the Youth Valencian Institute (IVAJ) which is the regional delegation of the Spanish National Agency (INJUVE), the body that coordinate the Erasmus+ programme in Spain.

During the first part of the Conference all the results and tools developed under the project EU-NET and available for free download in English,Spanish,Italian,Greek and German language from www.eu-network-net have been presented to all the attendees and their usefulness for youth workers and any other interested person in the topic of Erasmus+, Mobility, Training and in opportunities to become or better existing skills in Youth Work. have been explained.

After that, Partners from Spain, Italy, Germany and Greece have presented some good practices coming from their countries and organizations, related to Youth Work, mobility and Erasmus+.

During the second part of the event, the representatives from the IVAJ, presented the new European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Programme, that eventually should replace the current European Voluntary Service (EVS Programme) and more opportunities for mobility and training among Europe have been shared with the audience.
